How can I stop the Buzzing sound in my CB that comes from the Home Theater System Subwoofer? - cobra 148 gtl-dx

I have a base in Washington and also a Cobra 148 Mobile, and therefore seek buzz load disappears when you move the subwoofer in a home theater system.
